Cloe Medina Erickson’s life and work are shaped by a deep appreciation for place, culture, and community. With a background in architecture and historic preservation, she brings an interdisciplinary approach to projects that span cultural preservation, travel, writing and philanthropy. Her long-standing connection to Morocco—where she has lived part-time for many years—continues to inform her perspective and her commitment to community-centered work.

Cloe is the founder of the US–Moroccan nonprofit Atlas Cultural Foundation and the US–Moroccan travel company Atlas Cultural Adventures, through which she supports education, cultural stewardship, and meaningful cross-cultural exchange.

Born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of rural Montana, she now divides her time between the French Alps and the Moroccan Atlas Mountains with her husband, Kristoffer, and their daughter, Noor. These landscapes, and the communities within them, continually inspire her curiosity about the intersection of culture, environment, and human connection.
